The service is good - no issue with the quality of service provided. There was a major issue with the driver. A very arrogant person with no sense of customer servicing - his way of communication was very rude. He did not have the minimum sense of the fact that we are from different State, and we do not know Odia language - he was continuously speaking in Odia, and even the music he was playing was in Odia. We requested him to play Hindi songs, but he was least interested to listen to what we are asking. He did not even complete the itenary - did not take us to Raja Rani temple as per the itenary, and did not even inform us - it was a horrible experience with the driver. Would suggest Visakha Travels to train their drivers if they want to get good referrals to attract customers from across the nation, which they deserve for their service quality
